Registration fees

 

Registration fees include welcome reception, conference dinner, coffee breaks, lunches, book of abstracts and proceedings. There will be NO on-site registration.

Persons requiring a student fee will be asked to send a copy of his/her student ID.

 

Accompanying persons will be charged 100 for the conference dinner and the welcome reception only.

In order to help us prepare conference materials and organize social events, we strongly encourage you to pay your conference registration fee as soon as possible.
Please note that the registration process will only be completed when the payment will be received.
There is no refund on cancellation after registration deadline (19 July 2014).

Registration is mandatory for abstract submission.


 

Instructions

 

The registration process will start on the 14th of April, 2014. Early registration will be accepted until the 13th of June. Registration will be closed on the 19th of July.

 

It's a two-step process.

Step 1: pre-registration
Click here to login and fill the pre-registration form. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail after validation of your pre-registration by the Local Committee. After receiving that e-mail, you will proceed to step 2.
If you require an invitation letter, please register before the 13th of June; then, wait for the electronic confirmation and contact us (object: "Invitation letter ECLIM2014"). Please provide the following information in your message: full name, company/affiliation (including postal address), e-mail address, fax number.
