Saint Malo is easily reachable from Paris (and thus from abroad).

  • by car: it is a 4-hour trip (without traffic) from Paris – A11/A81 toll motorway to Rennes, then RD137 – but please note that park in Saint Malo could be an issue

  • by train: frequent TGV trains are serving Saint Malo from Paris, usually with a connection at Rennes (only 3-4 direct TGV trains per day); arriving at Paris CDG airport, you can either take a TGV train at the airport railway station (terminal 2) to Saint Malo or take the public transportations to reach the Paris Montparnasse railway station, downtown, and catch a train to Saint Malo there (take RER B at the airport RER station – terminal 2 – to « Denfert Rochereau » and change to subway, line 6, to « Montparnasse-Bienvenüe »)

  • by plane: (1) Air France is serving Rennes from the CDG airport (3 flights per day); at the Rennes airport, take a taxi to the Rennes railway station to catch a train to Saint Malo; (2) the Dinard airport is served daily by direct Ryanair flights from the London Stansted airport; Saint Malo is thus easily reachable by taxi
